You can fave this too!

I've built a wordpress plugin that uses the API from photo sharing sites to share when people fave my photos on them within this site.

To show up on the left - simply fave the photo at one of the below sites.

In the future I look forward to making it more available for other wordpess users to benefit from.

"It's just a stupid speck of ice. But it awakens this sense of wonder, and you can almost see the whole amazing matereological journey of this marvellous object in its irregularities and pits and pores. I really like the monochromatic bckground as well." - AnomalousNYC

I could go on and on, it really is a fantastic image. It was a little too analytical for me - you have to have a caption to even know what you're looking at, and without it the impact would be much less. Otherwise I would have named it the winner of that contest, because intellectually, sensually, and in terms of texture, it is really a provocative image. It absolutely reminds me of the famous line from Wm Blake: "to see the world in a grain of sand, and heaven in a maustard seed." Would love to hear more about the context...

Camera Information

This information comes from the Camera and is stored in the EXIF data; occasionally it can get corrupted so if you notice anything odd - please let me know!

My Gear

It's not all about the camera. Some of my favourite shots were taken with a 4MP point and shoot camera; and I've been lucky enough to have these photos sold. That said sometimes your gear limits you. Even the gear I used for the shot is not perfect - you're mileage may vary!
