As suggested by Thomas on last night’s shot – the widest angle this is a 30 sec exposure on a mini tripod (hence the angle and the light trails – and no people!)

Many people say the golden hour is the best time for shooting; for me its twilight; and by twilight I mean any of the three twilghts; but preferably Nautical Twilight while there's more colour in the sky.

Great job! In general, I like the diffraction as opposed to blobs of light. Like you mentioned earlier, a wider lens would afford you the luxury of cutting out the street lights all together by getting closer to the building. But in its absence, this is a great take on the scene.
