Mrs pheasant was wondering around – trying to group up her young ones underneath her to ward off the even photographer, what gorgeous eyes.
What a photogenic young creature, full of life and running around and awya from it’s mother. Just stopping to pose for its pulicity shot.
A group (flock?) were wondering around Kew Gardes on Thursday, luckily I didn’t have to harass them with the 135mm :)
This (young?) Red-Crested Pochard has a well deserved drink on a hot day in Arundel, if you look closely you’ll see him sucking in water and a pristine reflection.
