I don't have the time or inclination to hunt out people whove had a problem, mainly becauseit'll come down to the old private property thing again I'm afraid. Canary Wharf is private property – although sayign that read this – you can also ring up for a free permit and it’s fine. But go on any message board for a General Photography Group on Flickr and you'll find hundreds if not thousands of people who have gone through the same thing. It might not be a war on Photographers but taking pictures in London 'ain't' what it used to be! Have you seen the Scotland Yard Campaign urging people to report photographers acting suspiciously complete with a poster highlighting a camera as a terrorist weapon? I could go on... Got stopped from Taking Pictures in Docklands. But go on any message board for a General Photography Group on Flickr and you’ll find hundreds if not thousands of people who have gone through the same thing. It might not be a war on Photographers but taking pictures in London ‘ain’t’ what it used to be!
