If you’re ever in London, I suggest you take the Thames Clipper, not only is it as cheap as the Tube, its quicker and more sane. This group are travelling just East of Waterloo on the way to Tower Bridge. – Best Viewed Bigger

A commuter heads for the Thames Clipper ferry at Westferry, in Docklands. Thames Clipper are a fleet of boats that ferry people up and down the Thames as an alternative to the tube. They get very busy if the tube isn't working!

An artist busking on the Southbank, in front of the Shell Building. You have to hand it to him, he’s obviously very dedicated on a Saturday afternoon to entertain the audience, and earn a few quid, just look at the expression and muscle tension. – Best Viewed Bigger

Awesome! So very sharp!
I took a circular cruise on the Thames last week from Tower Hill. It was really good. London takes on a different feel from the water. I also went to the Photography Museum near Leicester Square, strange place, but worth a visit if you are anywhere near.
Very cool shot, the sky almost looks painted in.
