Woah! What’s a palm doing in England? That’s just silly.
Is it photography allowed there? I thought you needed a photographer’s permission, being it Crown property, or something like that anyway. I am not English, only married one. :-)

Looks like you’re right http://www.kew.org/press/press_photography.html however I’m sure this is more related to the professional side. Or there’s a blind eye turned as there were a lot of cameras around there that day
