Although one of them is not who you’d think!
I love the diversity of the London skyline; even though many say oh look another tall box they are all different. On the right is the Aviva building looking like it's a fortress. On the left the Swiss Re Gherkin. They both look like theyve falln from another planet – but I guess one's from Venus and another Mars.
Yes change really is around us; including a change in my perception of the people around the gherkin; rather than call security to have us removed we were actually given blueberry muffins! How refreshing! – Best Viewed Bigger

Good DoF. I saw this photo on your blog (I think), but I was in a rush and I was not able to comment. The colors are very natural and the light on the red leaves is good. A "never excessive photo", well done!
