Battle Abbey

"Battle Abbey was founded to commemorate the battle [of hastings in 1066], and dedicated in 1095. The high altar of the Abbey church was reputedly on the spot where Harold died. The Abbey gateway is still the dominant feature of the south end of the main street, although little remains of the rest of the Abbey buildings." - wikipedia

You can fave this too!

I've built a wordpress plugin that uses the API from photo sharing sites to share when people fave my photos on them within this site.

To show up on the left - simply fave the photo at one of the below sites.

In the future I look forward to making it more available for other wordpess users to benefit from.

Lovely picture of a nice historical building. Quite nice to still a old fashioned phone box as well.

Camera Information

This information comes from the Camera and is stored in the EXIF data; occasionally it can get corrupted so if you notice anything odd - please let me know!

My Gear

It's not all about the camera. Some of my favourite shots were taken with a 4MP point and shoot camera; and I've been lucky enough to have these photos sold. That said sometimes your gear limits you. Even the gear I used for the shot is not perfect - you're mileage may vary!

When I remember - I GeoTag my images - which you can read about in my workflow. It looks like you're in luck!
