I've seen this in London on very few occasions - I had no idea when visiting Pécs that it would be the heart of the movement. "Beginning in the 1980s, in the centre of the southern Hungarian city of Pécs, lovers began to clamp padlocks to a wrought-iron fence in a narrow street linking the mosque in the city's main square and the magnificent medieval cathedral, as a symbol of their commitment to one another." - Wikipedia

I've built a wordpress plugin that uses the API from photo sharing sites to share when people fave my photos on them within this site.
To show up on the left - simply fave the photo at one of the below sites.
In the future I look forward to making it more available for other wordpess users to benefit from.
This information comes from the Camera and is stored in the EXIF data; occasionally it can get corrupted so if you notice anything odd - please let me know!
It's not all about the camera. Some of my favourite shots were taken with a 4MP point and shoot camera; and I've been lucky enough to have these photos sold. That said sometimes your gear limits you. Even the gear I used for the shot is not perfect - you're mileage may vary!
When I remember - I GeoTag my images - which you can read about in my workflow. It looks like you're in luck!
