Moments after I took this photo the gentleman on the right (the lens blurred his face not me) asked me to not take photos of the escalators; what an odd world.

I do like the feel a tilt shift brings to everyday photos; along with that milisecond or two of adrenalin when you spot a photo that you love within an instant. I hope you do too.
Back on the same evening I took Three angels I took this shot looking South towards the Morgan Stanley Cube. The sky is really that colour (mainly due to the orange citi lights reacting with the deep blue sky.
It’s bonfire night; and there are three rockets firmly planted into the ground in Canary Wharf.

This is partly why I don’t bother taking photos in Canary Wharf anymore. You’re either told you need a permit, that you can’t take photos at all or you get obscure words to the side like this.

You know, cameras can be really really dangerous if pointed against escalators: everybody knows it and I am actually shocked you did not know what you could have caused with a camera and a tilt shift lens. :)
