Moments after I took this photo the gentleman on the right (the lens blurred his face not me) asked me to not take photos of the escalators; what an odd world.
I've built a wordpress plugin that uses the API from photo sharing sites to share when people fave my photos on them within this site.
To show up on the left - simply fave the photo at one of the below sites.
In the future I look forward to making it more available for other wordpess users to benefit from.
This information comes from the Camera and is stored in the EXIF data; occasionally it can get corrupted so if you notice anything odd - please let me know!
It's not all about the camera. Some of my favourite shots were taken with a 4MP point and shoot camera; and I've been lucky enough to have these photos sold. That said sometimes your gear limits you. Even the gear I used for the shot is not perfect - you're mileage may vary!

@phillprice nice use of focus but I can't help thinking the guy on top stairs should have been in focus http://bit.ly/1fsCkI

This is partly why I don't bother taking photos in Canary Wharf anymore. You're either told you need a permit, that you can't take photos at all or you get obscure words to the side like this. Lovely photo though. :)

You know, cameras can be really really dangerous if pointed against escalators: everybody knows it and I am actually shocked you did not know what you could have caused with a camera and a tilt shift lens. :) he he he

I'm glad you managed to catch this escalator first - I really like the shot
