This photo is gorgeous! I love the tilt shift effect.
Colours are really psychedelic in this shot, I like the different temperature of the lights all around the frame.
great urban night shot! generally not a big fan of tilt and shift, but here it adds to the mood of the shot

I agree with Pkabz. I think tilt shift is the new hdr (which was the new vignette), but it really works in this photo.
