Trailing into the future
Sometimes it's not the past that's important - sometime's it's the future (but most of the time its both).
Ringwood at night
I got this shot, one of my favourite, in Ringwood over the weekend. Without shooting RAW I'd have never caught this tone depth.
parting ways

Trafalgar at dusk
How beautiful is the cloud drifting towards, the last tiny bits of daylight on the left and the beautiful star of the street lamp. As usual for a Saturday night there's a huge throng of poeple blurrily moving around the square too.The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that this is blogged from the new Zooomr 2008 and includes all the useful Lightroom IPTC info, woohoo! - Full review to come after it's bedded in
UPDATE: This shot as seen in ADIDAP 09/03/08
the roundel
Taken at half 8 on a September night. This is the new glowing sign, as opposed to the lit from the front on a white square one that's attached to Stamford Brook - North side.
Ridiculously short (for the point and shoot Pentax I used back then) exposure with a saturation boost (only just - I've just checked the original) in Lightroom.
Submitted for the TWIP SIGNS assignment
HMS Warhole
Well HMS Belfast's communications tower moored in the Thames as part of SwitchedonLondon, with the colour changing every 5 seconds.
